Clive Benfield
Group Chairman
Clive Benfield is the Group Chairman of Coventry based K B Benfield Group Holdings Ltd, operating as house builders, contractors, property developers and investors. Clive is also a Director of 13 other companies. He is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Building, a Member of the Chartered Institute of Marketing, a Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors, and a Fellow of the Faculty of Building. He was Chair of the Construction Confederation in 1999-2000 and Chair of the Chartered Building Company and Consultancy Board of the CIOB from 2001 to 2005. He has chaired several construction related groups locally and regionally, including FORCE the Construction Best Practice Club for Coventry and Warwickshire, and the Construction Industry Partnership Centre.
Brian Lord
Director
Brian Lord is the Managing Director of Benfield Homes Ltd and is also a director of K B Benfield Group Holdings Limited and Fletcher Homes (Shropshire) Ltd, as well as a number of management companies formed to administrate apartment developments constructed by the Benfield Group.
Brian has worked in the house building industry for over thirty years and with the Benfield Group for over twenty five years.
Jonathan Westwood
Managing Director
For Fletcher Homes
Jonathan commenced his employment with Fletcher Homes in 1995 as Materials and Sub Contracts Manager. Jonathan has a wealth of experience within the construction industry following completion of his HND in Building Studies at Wolverhampton University.
He was promoted to Construction Manager in 1998, Construction Director 2001 and Managing Director 2006. Over the past few years Jonathan is proud to have successfully guided Fletcher Homes through to achieve Investors in People status and move with the fast growth of Fletcher Homes within the Benfield Group.
Since commencing employment Jonathan has completed many courses including Dip H.E in Quantity Surveying and is currently completing NVQ level 5 in Contracts Management.
Group Accountant
Steve joined the Benfield Group in 2002 and has overseen the finance and accounting function of all Group companies during which time the Groups turnover has increased from £9 million to £27 million in its last financial year.
Prior to joining the Benfield Group, Steve spent 10 years working in the accounting profession before moving into the Construction Industry where he has spent the last 20 years gaining much knowledge on all aspects of the industry.
